Dispelling Pandemic Boat
In facing the recent outbreak of global COVID-19 pandemic, Master has urged everyone to sincerely chant the pandemic dispelling mantra ” Om Wuluni Wuluni Hum Fa Za “. It has to be combined with being vegetarian, doing repentance and burning Master’s specially blessed 《 Pandemic Dispelling Boat》. In doing so, one can protect themselves from the corona virus and transfer the merits to others so that the pandemic will subside as soon as possible, and everyone stays safe.
Dharma Session- (1 part video )- Summary
Video 1:
(Male’s voice), “Master, what object are you holding?” This is known as the “Vajra Dharma wheel of Buddhas of the Past, Present and Future”. By turning the dharma wheel like this, we establish our connection with the Buddhas and pray for world peace and harmony, that the current pandemic can dissipate as soon as possible, and the Movement Control Order can be lifted soon. (Refer to Master’s video) Mr. Chîn, this is how the dharma wheel is turned. The center circle in this dharma wheel represents our Planet Earth. Within it is our area of movement. The outer rim represents our Sun and the nine planets in our Solar system. These are the lights that leads to the “Heaven-Connecting-Boat” (Tong Tian Chuan), also known as the “Pandemic dispelling boat” (Xiao Yi Zhen Chuan). As you can see, the center of the boat has an image of Amitabha Buddha, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, sentient beings of the six cycles of reincarnation, the Astasenas, Vajra Bodhi, Dharma protectors, Vidya-Rajas, Dakinis, and Green Tara. Together, the negative karma of sentient beings will be ferried to the Pure Land via the Pandemic Dispelling Boat. By doing so, the current Covid-19 pandemic can be neutralized. Every droplet of water now on Earth is filled with the resentment of dead sentient beings, including of those from the realms of hell, hungry ghosts and animals, i.e., cows, goats, fishes, prawns, crabs, chickens and ducks. Their resentment is so deep that they complained to King Yama and got his approval to seek revenge on the people who caused their death. As such, we can say that the Covid-19 pandemic is a man-made calamity. (Refer to Master’s video) As I turn the Vajra dharma wheel this way, I am transferring away the calamity, nullifying their resentment, transforming the lay people to Bodhisattvas and transforming this pandemic to peace and harmony. This dharma wheel is known as the “Vajra Dharma wheel of Buddhas of the Past, Present and Future”. Each of the sides here contains a Vajra Mantra.
There is a mantra for this Pandemic Dispelling Boat, i.e., “Om Wuluni Wuluni Hum Fa Za”. The prints here on the boat is written with this mantra. This boat brings abundance to one and everything that one desires under Lokia dharma (or worldly dharma), for example, lots of children and descendants, good health, longevity, free of illnesses, become wealthy, able to make a good living, convert foes to friends and transform karmic creditors to karmic benefactors. Hence, one is blessed with help from their karmic benefactors and are able to destroy their past negative karma, thus, transforming Mara to Buddha and lay people to Bodhisattvas. For this item, each boat is for a single person only. For example, Ah Fong here should write only his name on the boat; if Mr. Chin desires, he can write his name on another.
The next item I am showing here is known as the Great Treasure Pagoda of the Universe. This is what we use here. Every word and number here have a special meaning. When I rotate the wheel here once, it represents the rotation of our Earth as well as the beating of my heart as well as the beating of your heart. As such, a connection between us is established. This wheel here represents our area of movement, i.e., our Center, Putra Majestik, River City, Jalan Kasipillay, Jalan Sentul, and Jalan Ipoh. It represents our unhindered movement within this area, from city to city, garden to garden, from town to town and from country to country. Thus, we are able to move to every place in the world. Our world, Planet Earth is surrounded by the Sun and the nine planets in the Solar system. Now, when I turn this second wheel here, I am requesting and borrowing the energy of the Universe that is full of vitality, agility, strength and motivation. With this energy, we shall send the pandemic away. From the second wheel, that is the Universe we are living in, the energy will be transmitted from the Pure Lands of Avatamsaka. The third wheel represents all Pure Lands, including the Western and Eastern Pure Lands. The fourth wheel represents the energy of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. With it, the dissipation of the pandemic can be expedited, and our Movement Control Order shall end soon and the people in our country can return to normal and a life of freedom. The final wheel represents Perfect Completion, Great Virtues, Great Perfection, i.e., the Perfection of virtues, wisdom, compassion, renunciation and dharma gate. All of these are contained within it; hence, it can be viewed as the Dharma wheel of Feng Shui. This is one of the many dharma gates, as I had mentioned before, “the Buddha Dharma has no limits; the ocean of Taoism has no boundaries”. I am turning the wheels in this Dharma Wheel to transform these ordinary Paper boats into the “Heaven-connecting-boats”. Yes, it leads one to the heavens. There are three levels in Heaven, i.e., Heaven of Desire, Heaven of form and the Heaven of formlessness, and the boat will ascend pass all of them and reach the Pure Land. As one’s wishes, desires and requests can be many, hence each boat is ideally assigned for one person only. (Male’s voice), “Master, is there a hand mudra for this mantra?” Yes, I am about to teach the hand mudra now. (Refer to Master’s video). I am loading your demands, requests, desires, blessings, wishes, the rebirth to Pure Land after exhausting your karma, accumulated karmic obstacles, onto the boat now. Now, I am going to turn the wheel here, representing the rotation of Planet Earth, and the beating of our praying hearts. Our mind and prayers shall go into the wishing for world peace, harmony, a world that is filled with warmth and kindness, so everyone can make a decent living and stay clear of the wrath of this pandemic, that this pandemic can end soon, nullifying the resentment and hatred of all sentient beings, send all to the Pure Land and where everyone can become a Buddha. With this boat, all our demands, requests, desires, and wishes can be materialized. After this, I shall turn the other wheels.
Next, I shall demonstrate the hand mudra. (Refer to Master’s demonstration) “Om Wuluni Wuluni Hum Fa Za, Om Wuluni Wuluni Hum Fa Za, Om Wuluni Hum Fa Za”. Alright, that’s about it. Go ahead and try them, Mr.Chin. I believe you have never seen this before. (Male’s voice), “No. We have not seen this before”. It is good to learn something new every day and, on every occasion. Now, I shall invoke the prayers and ritual to protect all sentient beings in the world so everyone can transform their pain and suffering to bliss, be reborn in Pure Land, the pandemic can be cleared off soon, and our Movement Control Order to be lifted soon and not becoming more serious.
Mahamudra of Dispelling Pandemic
Wesak day is approaching but the world is facing a pandemic. Therefore, Pu Xian Bright Light Hill will be commemorating this special day in a different way. Master specially launched the “Mahamudra of Dispelling Pandemic” medallion for offering and prayer. The front side is image of the Buddha, and the reverse side is the mantra of Om Wasu Tare Svaha. Wherever this medallion is placed, it will be blessed by the power of Master and all Buddhas, so that the pandemic will quickly subside, the country and people are safe, as well as all sentient beings are free from sufferings. The package is RM 500, inclusive of the medallion and “Dragon Phoenix Lamp” under one family name. Dragon symbolizes power, strength and wealth. While phoenix signifies youthfulness, forever young and the phoenix’s tears can cure disease.

Wesak Day Monk’s Robe Offering
Thursday, May 7, 2020 is Wesak Day. On this special day, practicing good deeds such as being vegetarian, practicing mantra and chanting, lamp offering, dana offering so on, with the merits accrued, we then transfer them to all sentient beings and in turn we will gain numerous merit for oneself. Starting from May 1, 2020 to May 7, 2020 Pu Xian Bright Light Hill will be holding the year 2020 Wesak Day Monk’s Robe offering. There are two categories of offerings, details as follow :
1. Monk’s robe offering to Master
– Basic offering : Robe only @ RM 99/-
– Premium offering : Robe + umbrella + sutra @ RM 200/-
2. Golden Monk’s Robe Offering to the Thailand Sangha @ RM 99/-
– inclusive of candle lighting and mass chanting in Thailand

(Master recites mantra), “Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum Guru Padmasambhava. Prajna Paramita Padma Paramita. Gate Gate Paragate Parasamgate Bodhi Sowaka. Om Arapa Chana Dih. A Ba La Hum Kia. Om Pra Mani Dani Svaha. Om Ami Dewa Sih”. There is a saying that the Buddha Dharma is limitless and the teachings in Taoism is without borders. During the time of Buddha, the supreme ruler of all Gods, Brahma and the four great heavenly kings knelt and asked Buddha, “Of all the various types of offerings one can make, which is the most supreme and precious?” Buddha replied, “Of all offerings in the world and universe, the offering to the Buddha is the most supreme and precious.” Although the Buddha is no longer here, the Kashaya (robe) represents Buddha. The offering of Kashaya and sutra to Buddha is the most supreme and precious type of offering. In ancient India, one can turn sand, rock, pillar, house, roof tiles, wood planks, shoes, and clothing into gold, after one has made offerings to Buddha. Thus, one is able to sever their root of poverty and transform their root of poverty to the root of prosperity; from the root of ignorance to the root of wisdom; those destined to be trapped in samsara will be able to transcend and escape the six cycles of reincarnation to be reborn in Pure Land. The Buddha has entered Nirvana and has left behind valuable tools, i.e., offerings of sutras and Kashaya. One who offers sutras and Kashaya will be ensured in their future of countless rebirth into someone with good and dignified looks who possessed the Perfect and Complete solemn look. They will be able to attain the enlightenment of Bodhi, and could become an Arahant, Bodhisattva, Pratyekkabuddha or even a Buddha in Pure Land. Therefore, we should cherish this opportunity and together make offering of sutra and Kashaya during this Wesak day. I hope all sentient beings can support our cause and protect the continual existence of Buddha Dharma in this world and uphold the saying of “The Buddha Dharma is limitless and the teaching in Taoism is without borders”. Buddha, Dharma and Sangha will all need support from all sentient beings. However, the most efficacious offering now is the offering of the Golden Monk’s Robe Offering to Thailand.

Conch Chun Ti
Conch in heaven and earth;
Everything is lively;
Looking from here over there;
Is all my disciples.
This Conch Chun Ti statue is specially designed and made by Master, therefore consists of Master’s power of vow, blessing and dharma transmission. Conch Chun Ti symbolizes smooth, safety and auspicious. As such, it can helps to dispel disaster and plague, bring about good career and fame, ushering vitality to surrounding environment. Conch also signify dharma sound spread far and wide, thus it can helps cultivator to embark on the path of awakening, growth in wisdom, leave samsara and achieve Buddhahood in Pure Land. Besides, Conch Chun Ti necklace can be worn at anytime. The wearer not only receive blessing from the Bodhisattva at all times, but also can destroy bad karma, turn danger into safety and all wishes will be granted. There are 2 options:

(Master recites poem), “The Conch exists in Heaven and Earth, thus everything can flourish and become lively, looking out from here, are all my disciples”. What is the Conch? It is a secret of primordial wisdom, the secret of the world, and the secret of the Universe. In the beginning of the far distant past, countless lifetimes ago, there was nothing in the world. Nothing was in existence except for the Conch that was concealed and buried deep under the bottom of the ocean. Moreover, the Conch can withstand the sheer pressure of the deepest ocean. We know that even submarines have a depth limit where passing that limit means imminent destruction of the submarine. How could the Conch resist the pressure and live in the depths of the ocean? That has to do with structure of its shell, it’s material and the slug-like creature living in it. They can breathe in water, provide oxygen and their biological waste is a great fertilizer for soil. They existed even before the time of the dinosaurs and they still thrive today. In the other words, they can be considered “Yuan Shi Tian Jun” (The Primordial Deity of Taoism), as the Conch transformed into “Yuan Shi Tian Jun”. This “Yuan Shi Tian Jun” is a manifestation of our Conch Cundi Bodhisattva. “Yuan Shi Tian Jun” is an eyewitness of the four physical transformation stages of this world, i.e. creation, existence, destruction, and emptiness and the four physiological transformation stages of life, i.e. birth, aging, sickness, and death. He has traveled to the past and future, wandered the Yin and Yang realms, all the cities, towns, and states. Moreover, he is also seen the despairs, happiness, separations and reunions of life. Therefore, there is no doubt that the Conch Cundi Bodhisattva can subdue the pandemic expediently soon. Moreover, he has additional secrets, i.e. protect one from harm from weapons, increase one’s wisdom to a higher level, and enable one to embark on a path of awakening. For example, one can pray to the Conch Cundi Bodhisatva and he will then lead you to the ultimate realization and awakening. Thus, one can ascend to the heavens, transcending the three realms and onto Pure Land, any Pure Land of your choice. This is considered something that is very easy. The Conch Cundi Bodhisattva can also empower one so they can excel in anything they do and make great developments in them. One can also benefit from a fruitful relationship, job prospect, career, positive affinity with people, wisdom, knowledge, turn all calamities to auspices, increase the harmony of a family and becoming prosperous, enjoy longevity in lifespan, help one to acquire fame and social status, subdue all demons, and purify one’s karmic obstacles accumulated over countless lifetimes. The Conch Cundi Bodhisattva has a corresponding hand mudra. (Refer video for Master’s demonstration).

The fingers are joined together just like how the Conch Cundi Bodhisattva does not leave behind any sentient beings.

The journey is full of bends and twists, going around and around, heading towards Pure Land. The Conch is the secret from the bottom of the sea, hidden away in the depths of the ocean. After the impact of tens of thousands of years, many animals and primitive creatures, for example dinosaurs, and some amazing fishes had vanished and became extinct. Despite that, the conch lives on in continuity till today. The destruction that happened in the world and the extinction of many things, formed the conchs that thrives at the bottom of the ocean. This is the most primordial secret of the Universe.
